Looking For A Very Different SEO Agency?
Let us show you how we’d take your Google rankings to the next level
Let’s get your business in front of the people looking for what you sell, right now…
Getting your website in front of people actively looking to buy what you’re selling, right now, is the holy grail of digital marketing. A high-ranking website can bring in more traffic and leads than any other marketing method.
It can be the difference between your business struggling or succeeding. Whether you’re local business, eCommerce company, startup or service business, the importance of finding a reliable and effective SEO partner cannot be overstated.
Every SEO campaign we run is customised to the business and goals, although there are some common elements.
The components of an Exposure Ninja SEO Campaign
1. Keyword Research
SEO should start by understanding the searcher, but in Exposure Ninja campaigns, keyword research doesn’t stop there. As well as analysing the words and phrases that searchers are using, throughout the campaign, we’ll be researching the intent behind searches, the top questions that searchers are asking and the topics they are most interested in.
This research guides our content creation — from writing blogs to creating knowledge bases — all with the purpose of increasing your website’s visibility and bringing more qualified visitors actively searching for what you offer.
2. Website Optimisation
From optimising website copy to handling the behind-the-scenes work; from internal linking to optimising navigation and website structure; we’ll be implementing (or suggesting) improvements to the search engine-friendliness of your website. Our SEO team are experienced in working across different website platforms and can work either self-sufficiently or with your current development team to implement the changes we recommend.
We’ll usually focus most of our time at the start of an SEO campaign on the website optimisation, as this is often the area that contains the most low-hanging fruit. Then, as content is added, usage data is collected and ranking movements tracked, we’ll revisit the onsite SEO to ensure that the website continues to work as hard as it should.
For clients using WordPress, we even offer speed-optimised and fully managed hosting at no extra charge to help improve your website’s performance, user experience and ranking even further.
Another advantage of our search engine optimisation work is that it can also have a knock-on benefit to our Pay-Per-Click Management Campaigns which may have an improved conversion rate as the website offers an improved user journey.
3. Content Creation
Our SEO team works side by side with our Content Marketing team to provide any additional content that your website requires — whether it’s beefing up eCommerce product descriptions, writing blogs, or adding a knowledge base. All the copy we provide is SEO’d, written to match the tone of your business and edited, prior to being sent to you for approval.
Already got your own internal team providing content? No problem! We can give them direction and focus our attention in the other necessary areas.
4. Authority and Links
To increase ranking and visibility, a website almost always needs more links. Our Content Marketing and SEO teams work together to get your business featured on websites across the internet, from magazines to news hubs and blogs. We can handle everything from the outreach and follow-up, to producing the content. From videos to infographics, interviews to reviews, our SEO work increases your site’s authority through a huge and varied range of links.
Many business owners and marketing managers treat SEO reports with some suspicion — and in many cases, rightly so. They are used to receiving an impenetrable wall of stats, error reports without explanation and (intentionally) confusing terminology. Feeling embarrassed for not understanding, some never challenge what they’re being sent and subsequently have no real idea of the work that is (or isn’t) being carried out.
Exposure Ninja reports are a very different experience. Our reports are designed to inform, in plain English, about exactly what we’ve done during the month, why we’ve done it, what we have planned for the following month and, of course, the results that our work has produced so far.
Still looking for further details? No problem. You’ll have an opportunity to talk your report through with your Project Manager, who will be on hand to explain anything that you’re unsure about.

The first step is to request a review of your website’s current SEO and digital marketing. We’ll analyse your situation, market and competitors, and map out a plan to follow to increase your ranking, traffic and sales.
If we can help, we’ll let you know and give you the opportunity to book a call to discuss further.
Our SEO Experience
Over the years, we’ve worked on, and analysed the SEO campaigns of thousands of websites. We’ve worked with household names, celebrities and large eCommerce websites, as well as start-ups looking to find their feet online. This gives us a breadth of experience – which we regularly write about – across different industries to draw from and means we have almost certainly experienced your scenario before.
We rolled all of this experience into a book, originally written by Head Ninja Tim back in 2012, and subsequently re-written and updated at various stages since. How to Get to the Top of Google has gone on to become Europe’s best-selling SEO
book and has educated tens of thousands of marketing managers and business owners about the principles of effective modern search engine optimisation.
As part of our work to bring a new level of transparency to the SEO industry, we also run regular workshops and training sessions, taking attendees behind the scenes of some of our campaigns and teaching on-screen how to implement the strategies that we use for our clients. If you’d like to join one of these online training sessions, you can see which sessions are available by clicking below.
Why Choose Exposure Ninja SEO?
Most businesses that have tried other SEO companies have at least one horror story of a company that took a lot of money, reported very little and delivered even less. Our industry is riddled with tales of sharks, charlatans and con-artists, so we love turning “twice bitten” hardened sceptics into raving fans.
We’re frequently told that we’re a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with previous SEO companies. We separate ourselves from the sludge in three ways:
All our SEO plans are broken down into a crystal clear number of hours worked per month. No more shovelling cash into a black hole SEO company and hoping for something good to come back out. With Exposure Ninja, you’ll know exactly what you’re signing up for and how much you’re getting for your money at all times.
Rather than just sending over an automated “data dump” report that you need a PhD in rocket science to understand, our SEO reports break down the work done each month. You’ll see real links, published articles, videos created, optimised website pages and much more. Since we track screenshots and keyboard activity during your campaign’s tasks, we know exactly how long we spent on each task.
Walking into a first date demanding a 12-month minimum relationship before sitting down for dinner is not the sort of approach that results in happy marriages. And yet, many SEO companies require a “locked in” minimum term. Why? We binned this rubbish in favour of a rolling 30-day agreement. No minimum term. We’re happy to be judged on our work and value, each and every month. Make us earn our keep and we’re happy to show you why our retention is still so high. We’re in it for the long-term and we hope you are too. But either way, we think this should be your choice, not a lawyer’s.
What does an Exposure Ninja SEO Campaign look like?
Because every website and market is different, no two SEO campaigns look exactly the same. We price our SEO work in packages, which are essentially bundles of hours. These hours are assigned to the tasks which have highest priority, based on their ability to generate the fastest improvement in ranking and ROI.
For example, a 70-hour monthly SEO package will use 70 hours of Ninja time per month, with that work assigned to the tasks that will be able to generate the fastest improvement. At the start of an SEO campaign, we’ll usually focus on the technical SEO, because implementing website changes is the quickest way to see ranking improvements. Once the website is optimised, more and more campaign time will be prioritised to the Content Marketing team, as their work building the website’s authority through links will be vital to build profitable long-term visibility.
You will have a dedicated Project Manager who will be your primary point of contact. Because as many as seven different Ninjas will be working on the specialist elements of your SEO, having one central point of contact is important for the sake of efficiency. But your Project Manager is far more than just a point of contact, as they’ll be responsible for steering the direction of the campaign and conducting your quarterly campaign checkups.
You will have unlimited access to your Project Manager, as long as your campaign hours aren’t exceeded. You’ll have access to their booking calendar to schedule calls, or if you prefer email, they’ll be happy to communicate that way.
What sort of results should you expect?
The speed and size of results varies according to where your website is at already. A poorly-optimised website in an uncompetitive market, for example, will see a significant improvement much more quickly than an already optimised website in a very competitive market.
We’ll always let you know how quickly you should expect to see results before we begin work, but typically, we’ll expect to see noticeable ranking improvement within the first 3-6 months. Because we don’t work with minimum-term contracts, we’re extremely keen to get you results as quickly as possible!
