Because every website and market is different, no two SEO campaigns look exactly the same. We price our SEO work in packages, which are essentially bundles of hours. These hours are assigned to the tasks which have highest priority. This is based on their ability to generate the fastest improvement in ranking and ROI.
For example, a 70-hour monthly SEO package will use 70 hours of Ninja time per month. That work is assigned to the tasks that will be able to generate the fastest improvements for you. At the start of a SEO campaign, we focus on technical SEO. Implementing website changes is the quickest way to see ranking improvements. Once the website is optimised, more campaign time is prioritised to the Content Marketing team. Building the website’s authority through onsite content and offsite links will be vital to build profitable long-term visibility.
Does my SEO campaign have a Project Manager?
Yes. You will have a dedicated Project Manager who will be your primary point of contact. Several different Ninjas will be working on the specialist elements of your SEO, so having one central point of contact is important for the sake of efficiency. But your Project Manager is far more than just a point of contact. They’ll be responsible for steering the direction of the campaign and conducting your quarterly campaign checkups.
You will have unlimited access to your Project Manager, as long as your campaign hours aren’t exceeded. You’ll have access to their booking calendar to schedule calls, or if you prefer email, they’re happy to communicate that way.
What sort of results should I expect?
The speed and size of results varies according to where your website is at already. A poorly-optimised website in an uncompetitive market, for example, will see a significant improvement much more quickly than an already optimised website in a very competitive market.
We’ll always let you know how quickly you should expect to see results before we begin work. Typically, we expect to see noticeable ranking improvement within the first 3-6 months. Because we don’t work with minimum-term contracts, we’re extremely keen to get you results as quickly as possible!
