Your PPC campaign will be managed by your own Project Manager, who will be your primary point of contact at Exposure Ninja. In addition to your Project Manager, you will have a specialised PPC Ninja working on your campaign.
Yes. Ad copy is a highly important part of creating PPC campaigns that achieve ROI, so we have an in-house copywriting team who can create this for you. If you already have campaigns and ad copy that are performing well, we can certainly explore using this existing copy within your campaign too.
Typically, we require our clients to already have in place PPC marketing materials that we can use within a campaign. This could include elements such as; images, videos and testimonials. If you don’t have these in place, we can explore creating these for you too, but it will likely require an additional level of investment, depending on what’s required.
When a new campaign begins, we spend the first month creating a comprehensive strategy that takes into consideration your goals, competitors and existing campaign data. This process typically takes us the first month of the campaign to complete, with ads typically going live at the start of the second month of the campaign.
All our PPC Management campaigns contain an optional Remarketing component. You will have noticed the ads that “follow you around” the internet after visiting a website. We use Google’s Display Network, giving us access to some of the web’s largest websites to ‘retarget’ visitors to your site and show them follow-up ads if they haven’t converted the first time.
As well as being an excellent way of bringing visitors back to the website (returning visitors are 43% more likely to convert), remarketing also has a powerful brand-building component. Website visitors are exposed to your ads at no cost to you – you simply pay for the clicks when they choose to return.
Absolutely. Unlike other agencies, we’re very open and transparent about the way we work. In fact, instead of running your campaigns through our own account, you would invite us into yours, which is where we would create the advertising campaign.
If you ever have any questions about optimisations, the work we’re doing, or would like to understand the ad structure within your account, all you need to do is ask your Project Manager who will be happy to show you around and explain the logic behind our strategy.
Tracking and measuring ROI is an incredibly important part of running PPC campaigns, which is why we will make sure that sufficient tracking measures are in place before the campaigns go live. We also use a combination of Google Analytics and data within the advertising platform, for us to understand how the campaigns are progressing.
In addition to a detailed end of month report, you will also receive weekly 7 day updates from your Project Manager, informing you on how the campaigns have performed.

Your Project Manager will update you frequently with regular email updates on the performance of your campaign, and they will also be scheduling calls or videos calls, to discuss the campaign. Alongside regular communication, you’ll also receive a detailed monthly PPC report outlining how your marketing budget has been utilized to increase your leads/sales.
Whilst the campaigns will begin to generate traffic the moment they go live, we typically recommend approaching PPC campaigns with the mindset of testing for at least the first 3-4 months, as this allows us sufficient time and data to understand your marketplace and audience, whilst making optimisations to the campaigns themselves.
