Exposure Ninja Supplier Policy
Exposure Ninja encourages purchasing from suppliers from underrepresented populations. We champion purchases from businesses owned by women, ethnic minority groups, those with a disability and independent or local businesses.
Whilst it’s not always possible to buy from underrepresented suppliers, we put larger suppliers through a screening process to establish whether their values are aligned with our own.
We have an approved supplier list that we share with all our staff, which contains a list of all our existing suppliers who meet the criteria for being from an underrepresented community. If they can purchase from a supplier from an underrepresented population, we encourage them to do so.
We love to reward outstanding Ninjas with gifts to show our appreciation.
It’s important to us to choose something that the Ninja will love but also to buy from and support local businesses near where the Ninja resides.
We have an approved list of gift suppliers to choose from and ask our staff to share their own gift preferences with us.
Some Ninjas may opt for a charitable donation instead of a gift.
When choosing a tech supplier, our priority is always to choose the platform or software that will best serve the client or create a smoother, more efficient working environment for our team.
An important secondary consideration is that we’re selecting the one that is also locally-owned near to our office location in Nottingham.
If we think that two equivalent pieces of technology or software can do the same job, we’ll always opt for the one that best aligns most with our values.
