How long does it take?
Usually within one working day. We’ll email you a link to your scorecard. If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk folder, or reply to our confirmation email and we’ll resend it.
Which competitors should I list?
The three businesses you lose work to most often, or the ones you’d most like to beat. Names or websites both work.
Can I use a Gmail, Outlook or other personal email address?
No, the form only accepts work email addresses. We use your email domain to identify your business and make sure your scorecard goes to the right person, so please use the email address from your company’s own domain.

Most scorecards arrive within one working day. Check your junk or spam folder and any “Other” or “Promotions” tab, and search your inbox for “Your AI Search Scorecard is ready” from talk@exposureninja.com. Some company email systems hold emails from outside senders for checking, so if it’s still missing, ask your IT team to look for it, or email talk@exposureninja.com and we’ll send it again.
