Who is NinjaFlex for?

NinjaFlex is available to any client, whether or not they have an ongoing campaign with us. Clients without a campaign can still benefit from our ongoing development and design support. For those in a campaign, NinjaFlex ensures they receive regular web dev and design work without diverting hours away from their core campaign actions.

What if I need more hours than my NinjaFlex plan includes?

If you need additional hours, you have a few options:

  • One-off Additional Hours: We can provide a quote for extra hours to complete a project more quickly.
  • Banking Hours: You can roll over unused hours for up to three months and use them for a larger project.

If you consistently need more hours, we can upgrade your NinjaFlex package to include additional actions each month.

How do I know what tasks are needed for my website?

If you’re unsure what to prioritise, we recommend starting with a CRO audit and heat mapping to identify key areas for improvement. We can also work on specific tasks you have in mind or collaborate with your campaign team to implement actions that will enhance your results.

How long do the different tasks take to complete?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the task. Before starting work, we’ll review your requirements and provide you with an estimated timeframe.

Does NinjaFlex work with non-WordPress sites?

No, NinjaFlex is designed specifically for WordPress and Shopify websites.

Can you work with my existing website and branding?

In most cases, yes! As long as your site is built on WordPress or Shopify, we can work within your existing branding. We’ll review your website before you sign up to confirm compatibility.

What if I have a custom development request?

We assess custom development requests on a case-by-case basis. While we can support small-scale custom development for WordPress and Shopify, we do not take on complex development projects.
