In 2021, we started the Exposure Ninja mentoring programme with a mission to assist marketers around the world in getting the support they deserve to achieve career satisfaction and growth.
We believe no one’s future should be limited by their background, gender, location or financial situation.
What Is It?
The Exposure Ninja digital marketing mentoring programme is a completely free support system for marketers who want to build the network or opportunities they require to advance and succeed in their careers.
The programme connects Exposure Ninja's experienced marketers with mentees so they may share their experiences and coach them towards achieving their personal goals.
How It Works
Our six-month mentoring programme is designed to support mentees in achieving their goals through structured calls, as detailed below.
The programme consists of one call per month for six months.
The sessions focus on career guidance, confidence building and coaching.
Where suitable, an actionable development plan is created.
