Give your startup the website it deserves with Exposure Ninja
Starting a business can feel risky and cash is usually tight, so the most important thing is to get the vital early sales coming in that’ll allow you to reinvest in the business to help it grow.
For many new businesses, their website’s performance during the startup phase is crucial. If the website is selling, the business grows. If it’s not, the business struggles.
Exposure Ninja websites are built to do one thing: generate leads and sales. That’s why they’re perfect for hungry startups who want to maximise that early growth.
Whether You Know What You Need or Not
Every startup has a unique mixture of talent in the team. Sometimes this includes marketing and sometimes it doesn’t. And even experienced marketers sometimes don’t have the time to devote to it when they are busy starting a company.
If you need help to formulate your marketing message and logo designs, that’s perfectly okay. We have the specialists in our team to take care of the bits you need us to.
During the first phase of the project, we’ll be asking the questions to get you thinking about things like your USP, brand tone of voice, and the key features and benefits you’re offering. We can then use this information throughout the project; from telling your story in a compelling way, to the images we choose for your website.
1. First impressions count
A new business doesn’t have the credibility that well-established competitors do. So your website needs to do a great job of setting the right first impression to show customers that you’re a reliable and solid choice. With nothing else to judge you on, people will inevitably make assessments of the quality of your products or services, based on the quality of your website.
That’s why we aim to make every startup website we build the best-looking in its industry, with the user-friendliness to match.
2. Startup Websites Built To Sell
The conversion principles that we’ve tested through building and analysing thousands of websites are the core in every startup website we build. From prominent calls to action on every page, to intuitive navigation which gets your visitors to the information they need as quickly as possible, our startup websites are much more than just a pretty face for your business.
Whether your goal is to generate leads or sell through eCommerce, our goal is to maximise the conversions you get through your Exposure Ninja website.
3. SEO Built-in as standard
From the very beginning of your website build, our SEO team will be carrying out keyword research to make sure that your new website is targeting the right phrases. If you’re not sure what your customers would be looking for, that’s okay. Leave it to us and we’ll present our findings to you, before optimising each page on your website for those keywords.
Then, once the website goes live, we’ll make sure it’s being crawled and indexed correctly by Google. We’re on hand to drive traffic to it as well, to give your startup the early-stage boost it needs.
What’s more, all our startup websites come with onsite SEO included as standard, which can save thousands of pounds over having it added separately.
4. Startup Websites Priced for What You Need, Not What You Don’t
No pointless package “deals” for things you’ll never use here. Every website we sell is transparently priced up front and according to exactly how much work is required. We price each website project according to the number of pages and products, the amount of copy and the functionality required.
A website building process designed to be headache-free
Building a website can be a complex project. Without the proper processes and organisation in place, website jobs have the potential to drag on for months and suck the life out of everyone involved.
This is why we’ve developed and honed our own website building process with key milestones, regular communication and a game-changing feedback process that allows you to leave comments about your design directly on the design itself. No more long emails with multiple feedback points, messy lists of fixes and paper trails; just click and type.
Prefer to speak to someone about your website? That’s cool too; just book a call with your Project Manager and they’ll be happy to talk things through via phone or Skype.
A website that you can actually control
Life is too short to have to ask a developer every time you want to change or add something to your website. That’s why you’ll have full access to your site once it’s launched. Because it’s WordPress, you can edit and add pages, products and blogs without any technical ability.
Unfamiliar with WordPress? We can even add tutorials on how to use your website to the admin area, so that you can watch short explainer videos on how to do whatever you need.
Rather we make the changes for you? No problem. We’re here to help. We have tech support and hosting packages; meaning you can leave the website management to us.
How Our Website Development Process Works
Simply click the button below and fill in the short form to request your website plan. Tell us a bit about your business goals and what you’re looking to achieve with your new website. We’ll be in touch to carry out a review of your competitors and your market and suggest a plan of action for the site, including any elements that we’d recommend from our research. This allows us to give you a ballpark price for the work.
The next stage is for us to put together a more detailed website specification. This is where we decide together exactly how many pages, how much copy and what functionality is required. We’ll draft the specification and send it over to you so that you can review, before arranging a call to talk through it in detail. At this stage, we’ll give a final “all in” price for the work. Once you have approved the specification and paid the deposit, we begin the design work.
Step 1: We’ll work with you to build an initial design
After creating a conversion-optimised wireframe, we’ll begin by designing your new homepage. By focusing on just one page to begin with, we can make sure that we have an overall look and feel that you love before designing the rest of the website’s pages. This saves considerable time and simplifies the process for you, as you only have to approve one page initially.
Step 2: We’ll design the site in it’s entirety
Once you’ve approved the homepage, we’ll get to work designing the subpages. By designing everything before we code anything, changes are simple and quick to make. Think of it like the difference between adding an extra bathroom to a house design rather than a house that’s already been built.
You’ll be able to review the design in our software that allows you to click and give feedback directly on the design itself. Want to move “that bit” over there, but don’t know what it’s called? No worries; just click on it and say “move it over there” and add a quick arrow. Much easier and faster than email tag!
Step 3: The Developer Ninjas get to work
Once we’re agreed on the final website design, we’ll get our developers, copywriters and SEO Ninjas to build, write and optimise your website, turning it into a digital marketing machine. Because we’ve already agreed the design, the coding stage takes much less time, which speeds up the entire process considerably.
Step 4: We’ll put your shiny new website live!
When the website is built, we’ll go through our QA checks and make sure everything is wired up properly. We’ll send the website over to you to have a play with and add any requests or suggestions, before putting the site live. Once it’s live, we’ll make sure it’s correctly submitted to Google and is being crawled.
Step 5: Ongoing website support
Your website going live is by no means the end of the journey.
Startups need ongoing support with their website as they get feedback from the market, develop their products and add extra functionality. We’re here to help with any extras that you want to add to your site and can carry out any “ad hoc” work as required.
Worried what happens if something goes wrong with your website? We include a year’s free hosting on our speed-optimised servers and will fix anything that breaks on your site at no charge during the first six months, provided that the issues weren’t caused by user error.
