You’ll start by having an initial strategy call with your own Marketing Strategist. This will be one of our most experienced Project Managers at Exposure Ninja. They’ll have a deep understanding of what it takes to make a business grow, having managed client campaigns and working closely with a range of businesses.
In this initial strategy call, you’ll identify together what your goals for the business are, and they will help you to identify the marketing areas that need to be in place in order to achieve them.
Your Marketing Strategist will then build you a Digital Marketing Strategy to help you hit your goals. Each week, you’ll meet with your Strategist in a 1-hour call to talk through your week’s progress, answer any questions, and work out your priorities for the next week. These weekly calls also provide great accountability. They keep you on-track with the week’s tasks, and give you that weekly deadline to make sure you build momentum.
They’ll be drawing from Exposure Ninja’s proven growth framework – the Star Marketing System – as well as their own in-depth experience from leading campaigns for our agency clients. This means you can always be confident that you’re in the best hands, and you never need to feel alone.
Helping You Scale Your Business
As you begin to get traction with your business, your Strategist will help you re-prioritise and scale up your goals.
