What Our Blogger Outreach Clients Say about Us
“Exposure Ninja take the time to understand the business and craft their proposals and solutions to match areas where real value can be added. EN are deeply data driven and extremely transparent with their methods and results — this, along with the improvements they drive are testament to their multi-disciplined team and their collaborative culture. It is so refreshing in an industry where the norm is to sell blindly with a standard offering, whilst over promising and under delivering.“
What Happens on a Blogger Outreach Campaign
Websites owned by bloggers are personal websites, typically used for documenting their lives and interests.
Some people share their poetry. Others share their journeys as first-time parents.
Many write about their holidays and travel around the world. Others write at length about their hobbies and interests such as baking, beauty, investing, gaming and hundreds of other subjects.
Over the years, some blogs and their owners have developed large audiences that love their personalities, the depth of their expertise or their passion for the subject they write about.
These audiences are highly engaged and often have a deep love for the subject matter of the blogs they read. This engagement turns blogs into a direct advertising tool, enabling businesses to directly engage with the people most likely to buy their product or service.
Blogger outreach increases brand visibility, but it can also increase referral traffic to a brand’s website, especially when the content published on a blogger’s website is highly useful or engaging.
Blogger outreach is not a quick-fix solution for finding new customers (for quick fixes you need pay-per-click advertising).
You can’t just use any blog and expect to see results. You need to find the right blogs for your business, and that takes research time. You then need to create a relationship with each blogger and nurture it.
Blogger outreach is a time investment, but the resulting increases in brand visibility, traffic and sales are worth it.
If you want to speak directly to your target market, then you need blogger outreach.
Very few digital marketing methods enable you to talk directly with a deeply engaged audience like blogger outreach does.
If your business sells family holidays in Morocco, one of the best places to advertise is on travel blogs. People who read travel blogs are deeply invested in travel — it’s what they crave more than anything else.
If these readers had a deeper passion for tattoos, then they’d be reading a tattoo blog instead, but they’re not. They’re engaging daily or weekly with one or a handful of travel bloggers each time they publish a new blog post.
These people come back repeatedly to read the blog posts, watch the blogger’s latest videos on YouTube, see their latest stories on Instagram and read their latest newsletter. They absorb everything.
So when this travel blogger posts about where to travel in Morocco, and they mention a perfect Moroccan tour company for families, the reader can’t help but take notice and check out the tour company’s website — that just so happens to be linked to within the blog.
That’s how thousands of businesses are finding new, highly-engaged customers.
They’re putting their brand directly in front of customers on the websites (or blogs) they browse and read the most, rather than just sticking all of their budget into only one marketing channel.
Sometimes the benefits aren’t immediate — you may not see an uptake in sales right away. But that’s okay and very common.
People are still getting to know you, but when the time comes that they need your products or services, it’ll be your brand that’s at the front of their minds.
Our Content Marketing Specialists will work on your blogger outreach campaign. We call them Content Marketing Ninjas — you can too if you’d like.
The Content Marketing Ninja assigned to your campaign will do all of the research and blogger relationship management outlined in your strategy. We’ll do our best to pick someone for your campaign who has worked with bloggers inside of your industry before. If we’re unable to do so, then your Ninja will forge relationships with bloggers so fast it’ll feel like they’ve known each other their whole lives.
Your campaign will have a dedicated Project Manager too. We call them Project Management Ninjas, but just plain “Project Manager” is fine.
Your Project Manager will be your representative inside our agency. They’ll know exactly who’s doing what, why they’re doing it and how the strategy is progressing at all times.
They’ll also be your single point of contact. You don’t need dozens of people emailing you about your campaign each week, so we’ve condensed it to just one person. If you have a question — or you’d like to make some changes to your campaign — just contact your Project Manager.
Your Project Manager will manage your blogger outreach campaign.
You shouldn’t need to dig through emails from 10 different people to find out what your digital marketing agency is doing, so we condensed our communications to just one person.
Your nominated Project Manager will be your single point of contact. Every email, every phone call — they all go through your Project Manager. It’s the most efficient way of delivering the results you need and it stops your inbox from being flooded too.
If you have a question about your campaign, just ask your Project Manager.
Want to know what has been completed this month? Ask your Project Manager.
Want to know if we can try a different strategy? Ask your Project Manager.
Want to try adding Facebook and Instagram Ads to your campaign? Just tell your Project Manager.
Client and agency communications simplified.
We don’t offer blogger outreach as an “instant success” service.
It takes time to find the best bloggers to work with — people who’ll represent your business properly and reach your target market.
We could work with any blogger who’ll say “yes” to any partnership they’re offered, but that’s nowhere near as effective.
In our experience, it takes a couple of months of relationship building and content publication to see the real results start to appear, but this isn’t something we’d want to rush any faster. We need steady and consistent results that continue to deliver over time, rather than just a quick flourish of results in one month and nothing the next.
With blogger outreach as a marketing method, we’re looking to build brand awareness that lasts for years, not weeks.
We’re in the business of making people happy, not sad.
If you’re not happy, we want to know.
We consistently help businesses to reach their revenue goals, so when it looks like we’re heading slightly below our targets, we’ll take preemptive action to do something about that.
If you feel the campaign isn’t heading in the direction you expected, let us know. We’ll discuss together how we can deliver on our commitments.
We don’t tie people into year-long contracts, so all you have to do is give us one month’s notice of your desire to pause the campaign. We’ll then spend the remaining month of the campaign tying up the blogger relationships that haven’t yet resulted in published content.
So that’s it. One month or 30 days notice.
