For those that don’t know, Hubstaff is an online time-tracking software with screenshot integration which runs on your desktop or as a mobile app. Once the time is tracked you can invoice clients, pay employees and see in-depth reporting, which is super useful for businesses with remote teams like ours!

We actually started using Hubstaff at Exposure Ninja back when they first burst onto the scene around 2013 and we’ve watched them grow before our very eyes. Now, they have over 8,000 remote teams using Hubstaff daily and in the last three years they’ve gone from $220K to $4M in annual revenue, so we’ve brought Madhav on the show to find out exactly how they did it.
