Exposure Ninja is looking for an Account Manager to run red-hot online marketing campaigns alongside our hugely talented SEO, Content Marketing, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing and Web Development teams.

You’ll be in charge of determining the best strategy for the marketing objective at hand and reporting our successes to our clients.

Our ideal Project Manager will do the following:

  1. Deliver such high-quality campaigns that clients won’t ever want to leave*.
  2. Identify the marketing issues that are holding the client’s business back.
  3. Figure out what needs to be done to help our campaigns win!
  4. ‘Sell’ ideas to our clients and campaign teams.
  5. Help us build a better company by taking ownership of new processes and inspiring your colleagues.

*If you retain clients, you’ll be eligible for a healthy commission bonus.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the campaign and the main of point of contact with the client.
  • Guide the campaign team, making sure we’re all working together to hit our client’s campaign objectives.
  • Build a great working relationship with our clients, so they consider us a partner rather than a supplier.
  • Over communicate with clients and campaign teams, so no one says “I didn’t know that”.
  • Collaborate with marketing ninjas from other departments.
  • Manage client expectations in terms of client results and turnaround time.

The skills we’re looking for:

  • Great at connecting with client’s, so they look forward to speaking with you.
  • Excellence in pitching campaign ideas internally and externally
  • Knowing your STP from your 4Ps (so important we listed it twice!)
  • Two years’ plus experience in a marketing or project/account management position.
  • Super organisational tendencies and calmness whilst handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of CRO/UX principles, either from previous roles or from studying in your own time.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards.
  • A growth mindset.

For Extra Brownie Points:

  • Experience in selling (products, services, ideas)
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and making adjustments accordingly.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and creative skills.
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising.

As this is a full-time contracted position, we are looking to hire a UK-based Account Manager with a legal right to work in the UK.

Hours

Normally, you’ll be responsible for between 10 and 12 clients. 10 clients represents part-time work, while 12 clients represents full-time work. At the moment, we’re looking for a full-time (30-40 hours per week) Account Manager.

You’ll have to be available for client calls and planning meetings (generally held during UK office hours), but otherwise, you can work whatever hours you choose, so long as the work gets done. Oh, and did we mention that this is a 100% remote position, so there’ll never be any commuting time or cost?

Salary

£23,000-£27,000 (based on 40-hr work week), dependent on experience. This equates to an hourly rate of £11.06-£12.98. Plus bonuses for hitting your targets and uncapped commission on your client sales.
