One-to-one Marketing Mentorships

We believe that no one’s future should be limited by their background, gender, location or financial situation — so we set up our Ninja Mentoring programme.

Every year, Exposure Ninja has 10 volunteer mentors from our team of incredibly talented digital marketers who offer their time and expertise to a group of 10 mentees.

Our mentorship programme is completely free and is designed to support those who don’t have their own network within the industry.

What’s included in our digital marketing mentoring programme

Our mentoring programme is set up to support you through structured conversations with our talented team of digital marketing professionals. Our programme includes:

6 x 1-hour one-to-one calls with an experienced digital marketer over 6 months
Structured sessions to help you get answers from people who’ve done it before
Access to support and advice from our team of specialists
The opportunity to expand your network and meet more people in the digital marketing community
Confidence building and coaching
Creation of an actionable development plan

Who Are We?

We’re Exposure Ninja, a digital marketing agency for ambitious small and medium-sized businesses. Since we started in 2012, our team of expert marketing Ninjas have helped hundreds of businesses across every industry imaginable to transform their online presence and drive incredible results.

In 2021, we decided to set up The Exposure Mentoring programme. Our goal is to empower and support people who are struggling to break into or progress their career in digital marketing to reach their goals.

Apply for Exposure Ninja’s mentoring programme

To apply for the mentoring programme, you’ll need to be:

  • Over the age of 18. Unfortunately, we cannot provide mentoring for anyone younger than this.
  • Either: unemployed or working in a temporary or zero-hours contract role, studying at college or university, or in your first or second year of working in a marketing role.
  • Passionate about digital marketing! You should be excited about the idea of working in marketing, whether that’s building websites, creating social media content, designing cool graphics, running ads, working with influencers or something else. You don’t need to have worked in marketing before, but you should be interested in it.
  • Hardworking. Our mentors are here to support you to reach your goals, but we can’t do it for you. Mentoring works best for hard-working, passionate people.

We kindly ask that digital marketing professionals who have a network within the marketing industry do not apply for the mentoring programme. We have limited slots available and try to allocate them to those who would benefit from them most.

The 2021 intake has now closed for submissions.
